The THEYA Foundation is a tech-driven philanthropic organization dedicated to equipping youth and women with the digital skills and resources needed to thrive in today’s digital economy. 

THEYA means: Technology, Health and Education for Young Africans.

As a nonprofit initiative launched by U.S. tech company Cybastion, Theya Foundation fosters digital workforce development through innovative training programs that equip African talent for careers in artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation.

In addition, THEYA is committed to promoting health through healthcare initiatives and innovative technology solutions.

By leveraging strategic partnerships with global tech companies, governments, and academic institutions, we are building an inclusive, healthy, and resilient digital workforce that will drive innovation and economic prosperity across the continent.
